Our beautiful wild Elderflowers are picked from the hedgerows down in the fields at the height of their perfection on the sunniest of summer mornings.  With its beautiful floral aroma, it’s exquisite unique refreshing taste is best described as summer in a glass.




Serving instructions:

Dilute to your taste in still or sparkling water as a refreshing thirst quencher on hot summer days, or as a mixer with other drinks. Use in Cocktails, “Mocktails”, in fruit salads, ice-cream, sorbets, yoghurts, drizzle on pancakes or cake hot from the oven….yum! it can also be served hot on cold winter evenings as a warm me up drink in front of the fire.


Water 21%, Sugar 21%, Wild Elderflowers 35%, Lemon juice + zest 21.8%, Citric Acid 1.2%. It does not contain any alcohol, preservatives, colouring agents or sulphites. Sediment from the Elderflowers may appear in the bottom of the bottle which when shaken disperses, this in no way affects the quality of the cordial.
