Serving instructions:
Dilute to your taste in still or sparkling water as a refreshing thirst quencher on hot summer days, or as a mixer with other drinks. Use in Cocktails, “Mocktails”, in fruit salads, ice-cream, sorbets, yoghurts, drizzle on pancakes or cake hot from the oven….yum! it can also be served hot on cold winter evenings as a warm me up drink in front of the fire.
Ingredients:
Water 21%, Sugar 21%, Wild Elderflowers 35%, Lemon juice + zest 21.8%, Citric Acid 1.2%. It does not contain any alcohol, preservatives, colouring agents or sulphites. Sediment from the Elderflowers may appear in the bottom of the bottle which when shaken disperses, this in no way affects the quality of the cordial.

Storage:
Once open store in the fridge and consume within 2 weeks. Unopened store bottle upright in a dark cupboard.
