Stinging Nettle

As the old saying goes “Pick your Nettles in March, April, May and not another day” for the Stinging Nettle is at it’s Nutritional best at those months of the year. People are very pleasantly surprised when they taste our Stinging Nettle Cordial for the first time, some say they taste Peach others say grape, apple, whichever your taste buds taste our Stinging Nettle is delicious served chilled with ice, a few slices of lime and some still or sparkling water. Enjoy.

We cannot say enough to praise the Stinging Nettle, one of Mother Nature’s greatest gifts as it naturally contains all of the following Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, C, K, amino acids, calcium, iron, folic acids, Magnesium, Manganese, phosphorus and potassium.
Serving instructions:

Dilute to your taste in still or sparkling water as a refreshing thirst quencher on hot summer days, or as a mixer with other drinks. Use in Cocktails, “Mocktails”, in fruit salads, ice-cream, sorbets, yoghurts, drizzle on pancakes or cake hot from the oven….yum! it can also be served hot on cold winter evenings as a warm me up drink in front of the fire.
