This bottle contains both heritage and happy childhood memories spent down in my great Aunt Mary-Ellen’s Meadow on hot summer days gathering fruit and flowers to make cordial, whilst listening to the buzzing of the bees. Today, Mary-Ellen’s Meadow Cordials are still produced from a combination of handpicked, homegrown and Mother Nature’s wild fruit, flowers and herbs.

Serving instructions:
Dilute to your taste in still or sparkling water as a refreshing thirst quencher on hot summer days, or as a mixer with other drinks. Use in Cocktails, “Mocktails”, in fruit salads, ice-cream, sorbets, yoghurts, drizzle on pancakes or cake hot from the oven….yum! it can also be served hot on cold winter evenings as a warm me up drink in front of the fire.
Ingredients:
Willowherb 35%, Borage 5%, Apple Mint 5%, water 25%, sugar 25%, Lemon zest, citric acid. It does not contain any alcohol, preservatives, colouring agents or sulphites. Sediment may appear in the bottom of the bottle which when shaken disperses, this in no way affects the quality of the cordial.
Willowherb contains Vitamin C, A, phosphorus and riboflavin. It has a delicious Cherry/Blackcurrant flavour
